Store Policy

At THUNDERGIRLZZZ, we prepare and pack each order with care.
Orders are processed 1-5 business days and shipping can take 3-4 business days. Keep in mind that during high season or holidays it can take a little bit longer.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello.thundergirlzzz@gmail.com.
Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Clear photos showing the issue

 

We’ll review your case and follow up with the next steps.

Shipping Policy

⚠️ Important: If your tracking information shows the package was delivered, we consider it delivered.
Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. If you are aware your address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible we process orders fast. 

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will not be reshipped. A new order will need to be placed by the customer.

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Handmade Product Variations

Most of our products are handmade, so small differences between items are normal.
Lip glosses and body care products may vary slightly in color or texture.

Some lip gloss tubes may contain air bubbles when the applicator is removed. This is totally normal and part of the formula for certain glosses.

By purchasing, you agree to accept these natural variations.

We do our best to represent product colors accurately on our site. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the items. We do not guarantee 100% color accuracy.

Minors

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.

By completing your order, you agree to all store policies.
